Throughout her years of practice, Nova has helped countless corporate and individual clients navigate complex legal issues and find resolutions to difficult technology situations. She is also an adjunct professor at the University of Dayton School of Law.

Nova has experience in:

  • Contract Review and Negotiation: Redlining and negotiating IT, software, and vendor agreements.

  • Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM): Evaluating the security posture of vendors. Compliance Alignment: Ensuring that contracts comply with data privacy laws.

  • AI Policy Integration: Reviewing clauses regarding how third-party vendors are allowed to use data for training AI models.

  • E-Filing Set Up: Montgomery Juvenile Court's E-Filing System.

Nova has received numerous awards and accolades for her work, including recognition as a Rising Star in 2025, a "Who's Who Attorney" in 2021, a "Top 100 Attorney" in 2022, and was featured in Voyage Ohio Magazine and Canvas Rebel Magazine in 2023.

In addition, Nova is a dedicated pro bono Guardian Ad Litem on the abuse, neglect, and dependency docket in Montgomery County, Ohio. She investigates and makes recommendations to the Court based on what is in the child’s best interests.

Nova served on the Clermont County Mental Health and Recovery Board and the Clermont County Community Advocacy and Protection Board for Seniors. She also volunteered with the Clermont County Adopt-A-Senior and the Clermont County Parks District while living in Cincinnati, Ohio. Nova is a founding Next-Gen Women in Law for Good Board member.
